Vortex Submersible Pumps
Vortex Submersible Pumps are used for drainage and transfer applications for fluids with suspended solids.
These pumps have the impeller recessed, so that the fluid is pumped by the centrifugal motion caused as the impeller rotates. The fluid passes in front of the impeller rather than through it allowing for the easy passage of solids.
