The Mefiag filter units of the series 11000/15000 were designed specifically for the filtration of acid, alkaline and other aggressive, non-oxidizing solutions, particularly in electroplating baths or other process baths with an operating temperature up to 80°C. Special versions are suitable for temperatures up to 100°C. The filter unit consists of two independent horizontal disc filters with each their own centrifugal pump and a joint slurry tank. The unit is mounted on a mobile frame.
