Layflat Hose

Layflat hose is available in several different grades resulting in different pressure ratings and wear life. Committed to delivering you the hose to meet your requirement they can be supplied in lengths up to 100mtr long and fitted with a range of couplings including camlocks, Bauers and flanges. They range in size from 25mm

(1”) through to 300mm (12”).

> BLUE LAYFLAT

A medium duty hose often selected as a low cost option for use in areas where the hose will not be subject to regular relocation or external abrasion.

> RED LAYFLAT

The red PVC layflat is a heavier duty hose with working pressure up to 10 Bar depending on hose diameter. Ideal for water drainage in civil construction, municipal, quarries and mines.

> BLACK LAYFLAT

Black flex rubber layflat hose is a heavy duty hose ideally suited to water transfer in mine dewatering applications and civil construction. They are also ideal for sewerage and sludge transfer applications

> GREEN LAYFLAT

Extra Heavy duty Green PVC layflat designed for the toughest applications with high tensile strength. A proven performer in mine dewatering applications, the best choice where a tough, heavy duty, durable, long life solution is required. Pressures to 15 Bar depending on hose diameter

> YELLOW LAYFLAT

Yellow rubber layflat hose has extra high abrasion resistance and can handle pressures up to 20 Bar depending on the hose diameter. Typical applications include air compressor for civil and construction, compressors for drilling machinery and pumping of high performance liquids
